Nowadays it has consolidated itself as one of the best Roasting Restaurants in Spain.

We have wanted to save some of the most typical dishes of our traditional gastronomy from oblivion, always ensuring top-quality with the ingredients we use, as well as in the service we provide

We have wood-fired ovens at our disposal, created by Castilian craftsmen, therefore providing our clients with the best roasted Spring Lamb and Suckling Pig.

Nowadays, El Yantar is a member of the “Asadores de Lechazo de Castilla y León" Association. Winners of the prize to the Best “Morcilla” in Burgos Alimenta 2007.
